The Ashland Volunteer Fire Company operates off several funding streams, including funds from Hanover County and the Town of Ashland. However, many of the incentives and extra equipment provided by AVFC is a result of donations from generous members of the community.
AVFC accept donations as cash or check made out to the Ashland Volunteer Fire Company.
If you would like to graciously provide a donation, please reach out to the company email or contact the firehouse. The company does not accept electronic donations currently.
Donations are used to:
- Purchase equipment
- Fund travel and training
- Provide incentives for volunteer membership
- Improve the firehouse.
- Purchase supplies for community events.
